How the Seal Skill Works

1. Skill Prevention
When an enemy is under the effect of a Seal, they cannot use most active skills, including high-damage spells and special attacks. This is especially devastating against magic-heavy classes like Sorcerers or Spiritmasters, who rely on abilities to deal damage.
